It just occurred to me, Derp that the wall not being built yet is likely PART of the plan to get the Red Wave! If the wall had been built than immigration wouldn't be as big of a fire starting issue this Election. After the Red Wave and people are woke as to the true nature of POTUS Plan, #Walk Away will continue to gain momentum and THEN the wall will be completed as it's significance will have made it's point!
