Possible, but I can't get over these facts:

 

He helped push the Patriot Act

He went on his first date with his future wife the night before 9-11

His wife was a personal assistant to W in the White House and Texas.

His future wife, after their first date remembered that she wore a checkered shirt on 9-11 (Freemason)

Bush appointed him to the federal appeals court, deep state take care of each other.

  • he remembered her shirt the day after their first date while the towers were falling down. I don't think that's a detail normally remembered, since it;s not like she was the perpetrator of the attacks and he saw her.

Maybe, but the other points still stand. And I still don't think that's something he'd remember. He also drove the checkered point home a few times. It's like he mentioned lots of minutia so that the minute detail of a pattern on a shirt wouldn't seem weird. But I think the point was to make Senators understand the checkered code of secrecy
