what started this all? the banning of plastic grocery bags. They were used by the homeless to poop in and then they cleaned up for themselves. They were not provided with alternate means to deal with their bodily functions. say like port-potties placed around town.
No, they couldn't do that. Much better for the homeless to destroy the city and remove all pride and love for what once was a great city.
