given that on the photograph and in the video there is the terminal serial number, firmware version installed on that specific terminal… will there be a way to (after the election) FOIA all votes cast on that terminal and firmware to compare to various other machines from same precinct to see if there is any type of variance // OR // if that machine just straight printed out Richard Cordray on every ballot from that serial number + firmware + specific ballot type?
