>Wayne County, Michigan. Dominion Voting Systems.
>Single-sheet front-and-back paper ballot that is electronically scanned.
>Polling location (and all of Wayne county, I'm told) provides black Sharpie markers to fill in the ballot.
>"Ballpoint pen ink jams the machines."
>Sharpie marks bleed through page and show on the reverse side.
I complained in person, called the 866-OUR-VOTE hotline and spoke to the city clerk. The explanation was, according to Dominion, "Black ballpoint pens work fine, but other pens don't. Sharpie has been tested to work."
I'm still suspicious.
