In FL you cannot deliver sealed mail-in ballots to a voting location.
You can hand deliver it to the Supervisor of Elections Office, but not a polling place.
They are accepted at the polls during early voting as they are turned in each day. However, all votes must be accounted for by the polls end. Mail-in ballots would not be delivered to SofE office until much later into the evening.
Mail in ballots are processed as they come in. THAT is where the info comes from that the media goes by in the final days leading up to Election Day.
