Think Diebold, the machines manufacturer is the company that produces a lot of ATMs throughout the world.
So something like being able to access accounts, edit money balances in diff accounts, spit out money, and keep track of it all w receipt.. cant keep a tabulation of a few dozen votes together, then send it to the main database that adds those simple numbers up.. stores them till finished, where at the end it gives simple results…
Diebold is/was a major player in it all.
