WTF, this is insanity

Does the cabal use their foundations( programs like this) to release /help their MS 13 gang types from jail so they can committ more violence/ FF'S on their behalf.

This guy should be in jail, he is obviously violent.

DOJ needs to investigate this, and the Robert Kennedy foundation.

Inmate, 18, with a lengthy rap sheet who viciously attacked a Rikers prison guard is bailed out by Robert F Kennedy charity ONE WEEK after the viral incident

A prison guard at Rikers Island was attacked by an inmate on October 5

The inmate is identified as Rickeem Parker, 18, who was arrested in September for assault and held at Rikers on $1,500 bail

Parker was released a week after the October 5 incident when the Robert F Kennedy Human Rights Foundation posted his bail

He has not been charged with the guard attack as the investigation is ongoing

The foundation, run by daughter Kerry Kennedy, posts bail for young inmates and women in a controversial effort to free hundreds of prisoners

Footage shows the men shuffling around before the officer is floored and hit by the inmate - with other prisoners looking on

A union official denounced the violence and said more guards are needed

The inmate seen in a shocking video violently beating a prison guard at Rikers Island has been released from jail thanks to the Robert F Kennedy foundation.

Rickeem Parker, 18, has been identified as the inmate who attacked guard Bronoski Jean-Phillippe on October 5 in Rikers' Robert N Davoren Center. The video of the brutal attack went viral.

Parker was being held at Rikers on $1,500 bail for a September assault, but walked free one week after the beat down when the RFK Human Rights mass-bailout program posted his bail.

The teen has an extensive rap sheet, having been arrested eight times for assault, robbery, fraud and weapons possessions, authorities told the New York Post.

Parker was arrested in September for allegedly assaulting Samuel Scott, 43.

Scott claims Parker and three women were at a Queens subway station, blocking an escalator when Scott asked to pass.

The three women then harassed Scott as Parker punched him in the head several times.

'It's like giving someone a free pass to destroy other people. We cannot have people out there like this. It is terrible,' Scott told the Post after hearing of Parker's release.

'The Kennedys are supposed to be smart. Why would they do this?' he asked.

Parker was only able to attack Scott after being released on bail in May for robbing a 7-Eleven and attacking the employee who tried to stop him.

'This is not fair. He punched me. He should get punished,' said the 7-Eleven worker Mohammed Sakib, 25.

'It's bad enough that he got released in the first place, but what kind of lesson does it teach him and others like him — that he can punch an officer and then get released?' he told the Post.

Parker was not held at Rikers over the attack on the guard because the Department of Correction was still investigating, the department said Monday.

Robert F Kennedy Human Rights, run by daughter Kerry Kennedy, plans to spend millions to pay the bail for young city inmates or women eligible for bail, paying at times $500,000 in an effort to release hundreds of defendants.

Also they had a picture, and were talking about DeBlasio's plan to close Rikers island and open small prisons in densely populated residential areas.

ARE THESE PEOPLE FUCKING INSANE?

Yea, let's build 4 new mini prisons in the most populated parts of the city, and close the island prison that already has facilities.

Sounds like a scam.
