"At the Anderson Livesey Elementary School in Snellville (Gwinnett County), voters were left waiting after all of the voting machines were left without power. The batteries in each of the voting booths had died, and it took an hour and 45 minutes for them to retrieve the power cords, and then another hour before people could start voting. One person who arrived at 7:10 AM finally voted 10:00 AM."
