If we know Snowden is a black hat, what are his motives for making these statements about Khashoggi tracking? Humanitarian or something else?

In Q post 2305, Q says Snowden is now a liability (10-1-18).

Does Snowden know this?

Who is he now working for? Still CIA?

Who considers him a liability and how might that affect what he is currently saying or doing?
