Went to polls 6:45 am-computers/web mysteriously down. Wouldn't let people in.

Filed a complaint w/ Justice dept.

12 noon went to polls on lunch break. Same "issues". Made another complaint to Justice dept.

3rd attempt after work. 3 hours later I was able to vote.
