I believe Joe Manchin helped POTUS with Judge K. Had he announced early that he was going to vote yes, then Schumer would have instructed all red state dems to vote yes so they wouldn't risk losing their seats during the midterms. Joe Manchin sabotaged the dems.
My prediction is that Joe Manchin switches parties in the near future
