Don't know how that is possible, west coast hasn't been tallied yet.

CNN's Jake Tapper on Election Day: 'This is not a blue wave'
CNN anchor Jake Tapper said the results coming in Tuesday evening on Election Day did not indicate the anticipated "blue wave" by Democrats. "It is entirely possible that the Democrats will regain control of the House today, but I have to say, when you look at what’s going on here tonight, this is not a blue wave," he said on air. "This is not a wave that is knocking out all sorts of Republican incumbents."
Results coming in for crucial races were mostly mixed, with Democrat Jennifer Wexton flipping Rep. Barabara Comstock's seat in Virginia, but Republicans running tight races or maintaining their seats in both the Senate and House. Democrats have widely been considered favorites to take control of the House while Republicans were viewed as likely to keep hold of the Senate or even pick up seats.
"Republicans have not just sat back and let this happen," Tapper said of the supposed "blue wave" that some had predicted. "They have been fighting for it. And as we see by what’s going on in Florida right now, what’s going on in Georgia right now, what’s going on in Indiana right now, Republicans have managing to get their voters to the polls as well."
