no bills pass, but they were not passing anyways because of the 60 rule in the senate, other then the tax cut bill that skirted the rules. They will issue a bunch of subpenoas they can't enforce, they will impeach trump then the senate will exonerate him and thats about it til 2020 til they lose it.
the senate is far more powerful and important , if you control the executive too, because the senate has to okay cabinet and judicial positions. We actually gained seats in the senate, today was fine really. Party in power always loses mid terms and we actually gained seats in senate
