Tax cuts won't be able to be made permanent now without the House. Maybe they can try to get some dems to vote.

I really doubt the House is going to be able to do as much investigating as they think given the makeup of the SCOTUS.

Not to mention POTUS can get through judicial appointments VERY fast now which actually DOES speed up justice.
