I think a lot of anons don't understand the full meaning of FISA when Q talks about it.

It isn't just that he has evidence that the Obama admin. abused FISA.

It also means that he can use FISA to surveil American citizens if there is evidence they are involved in a coordinated attack on the election aparatus of the United States.
