Typically the Senate but the House will give them the power to push for impeachment hearings… which they will absolutely do.
Oh you can definitely expect the biggest obstruction in the history of the country. They will literally obstruct and object to every single thing, will create sham hearings, will conjure bullshit out of thin air, etc. This is a big loss irregardless if anyone pretends it isn't or it is part of the plan.
