One thing that has bothered me is the upcoming optics of "Dictator." I think Trump is well aware of this. He may have allowed midterms and the continued brainwashing of liberals to go forward as a necessary foil for the knee-jerk Dictator reaction. They will still react with "Dictator" but it will have far less bite and correspondence to Reality.
