You can't see 100% tonight. No way. Of regular precinct ballots cast in my precinct, 16% were voted provisionally. Also, a large number of vote by mail ballots were turned in. I don't recall as well how many, but it was almost as many as the provisionals. So a substantial number of ballots are in envelopes that have to be checked one way or another. Perhaps 25%?
CA can take up to 40 days to certify an election. Who knows what can happen.
I think 99% means that 99% of precincts turned in their ballots to the collection centers. They are definitely NOT all counted.
If US toilets were as private as European ones, maybe. But those gaps in the partitions can be quite big sometimes.
Maybe that is how we need to label restrooms now. Kinda crude, but male and female doesn't seem to work these days.
Paper ballots. We want paper ballots, complete with contest listed together with the choice bubbles.
A little early to concede. Too many votes won't be counted right away. And where I live, Reps are a little shy to admit their leanings. MSM polls may be under-reporting them.
On what margins? In CA, it takes 40 days to certify an election.
And can't the Senate overturn just about anything the House can put together?
