I’m not going to be sucked into the belief that the House loss tonight doesn’t mean anything unless I see something concrete. The eleventh is now four days away. My guess at this point is that nothing too noteworthy happens. And if that’s the case, no more here.
How can you be a fellow citizen of someone whom you can’t communicate with? You can’t. It’s the very must fundamental thing that brings people together - the ability to communicate and arrange things with one another. You can’t have a nation like this and we are not a nation. We are an empire, and people here don’t want to be an empire anymore. Sorry to Q and all the boomers, but we will never be one happy family. Having a nation necessarily means excluding some. Such is life and it’s nothing to mourn.
Yes. Q’s post about us being UNITED again is hopelessly boomerish. Blacks and white have lived on this continent together for 400 years and have not been united. Now we have added every other race to the mix, and - shocker - we are even less united.
The DOJ is actively prosecuting the Proud Boys and ignoring antifa. At this point, it’s hard to see any positive action (even though the rhetoric has been increasingly welcome over the last two months). We want action though. And if Trump really can’t make the bureaucratic changes we are demanding, he owes us an explanation that he can’t. He can address us directly - he knows by now we will listen.
