I'm trying to reconcile some of Q's crumbs:

>Shift to Senate Judiciary (oversight) from House to now occur (stronger position and held in reserve for this scenario).

>Lower chamber (House) used as 2-year starter.

>Upper chamber (Senate) will be used next 2-year closer.

Anyone know what this is about? Is there some rule or agreement in place that shifts oversight authority from the House to the Senate?

Also, looking at the members of the Senate Juciciary Committee, the only one on this list that is leaving is Flake, right? McConnell gets to appoint his replacement if I understand it correctly. Do we know who he might appoint? Will this person be a significant addition?

I don't see Warner and Burr on Judiciary committees, but Burr (R-NC) is chair of Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, and Warner (D-VA) is vice chair of same committee

While digging, I found this press release from earlier this year, which might be a clue about upcoming revelations.
