I would be surprised if this military operation did not include a fair bit of infiltration, long and short term. The optics of the House now makes democrats think they can pull shit off, but their own ranks have eyes, ears, and countermeasures that they may or may not count on.
Thoughts on that?
I believe they might have been even more energized (panic, riots, FF) if they lost it all. Someone who has nothing to loose is a very dangerous opponent.
So, what would actually happen if a house representative gets convicted of a crime an put in jail?
Would the seat:
A - Be vacated rest of the term
B - Taken by a new person with same affiliation
C - Taken by new person after local re-election
D - Something else
