So what is the process when Dem (and maybe some crooked R's) members of Congress get kicked out due to DECLAS?
Do the states concerned have to hold new elections? Governor appoints a replacement? Is there even a standardized way to handle this from state to state?
PatriotAnons who are electable based on personal history, please consider standing for election in the coming Special Elections to replace those disqualified/booted through DECLAS.
I believe there is already legislation on the books to this effect; it's just not being enforced.
