Some of you folks need to go back and read the U.S. Constitution. It states very clearly the responsibilities of the House and the Senate. House can propose bills, must be approved by the Senate or sent back to the House for modifications. Once approved by the House & Senate a bill is approved or vetoed by the White House. Look it up. The Senate can hold the House in check.
