He is now Fulbright University VN VP as of Nov 2017. Fulbright Scholarships along with SD direct money makes VN the recipient of the most money for any foreign nation via the US State Dept. Affiliated with Vietnam Education Foundation.

Ted Osius is a long-time clown (in my opinion), and is dirty up to his eyeballs with the cabal. Hanoi is educational and Ted Osius is the primary money launderer in the region since at least 2006 under GWB.
