Montana has the most corrupt elections in the country.
They use Fraction Magic to steal elections in Montana. The results are held back at four or five county courthouses. They have bee known to bus in homeless people from WA and OR too. But Fraction Magic is the key. Nothing was done about Fraction Magic anywhere in the country.
That is too big a question. Just think of Governors as presidents of their respective states. They have basically the same function as the President and the same relationship with their respective legislatures at the President has with Congress. Every state has basically the same checks and balances as does the Federal government.
