People move around a LOT. Without doxxing myself, I can tell you that I live near several military installations at a place in the country where things were very… homogeneous about 7 years ago. During Thanksgiving of last year, that changed; drastically, and rapidly. Now that's not a "racist" thing, that's "an autist noticing shit", thing, so don't even attempt to label me.

So what's the explanation? What's the motivation? Who's cycling who in and out? Are they going to cycle out when they are done here, or come back? How long has this been going on? Is it part of some plan of integration? Is it part of some plan of replacement rates at a goal of 7% growth or more?

Expand your thinking a bit. There are people working (in government, especially) towards "growth" that have zero, and I mean ZERO fucking understanding of what doubling time is and how it effects us all. There are also other people out there forcing some meme idea that we can get a kumbayah out of a little more open-mindedness. Thinking along these lines, you have to suspend disbelief in humans as individuals vs humans as groups.

Sorry, Carlin was RIGHT on this. Not just a comedian, but a philosopher. I think Q wanted the House, but that wasn't really the focus. I also think Q was a tid bit surprised at the results inasmuch as how far the House shifted.
