Big picture.

First, when Trump took power in Jan 2017, the Republican Party had control of both the US Senate and the US House – but the vast majority of them were RINOs and/or Never Trumpers. Many of these were blackmailed into forced resignations (Flake, Corker, Ryan, etc.) or just now suffered election defeats. That Anti-Trump Republican faction has been thinned out considerably.

Secondly, Mitch McConnell now has total conservative control over the Judicial Branch of the US government. In less than two years, Trump has placed Gorsuch and Kavanaugh on SCOTUS, which gives this court an unbreakable conservative majority. (He has also placed 84 conservative judges in US Federal District Courts, 29 of whom are US Federal Appellate Judges and now that the Senate is fully in McConnell control without RINOS and NeverTrumpers, he will fill 111 vacancies in US District Courts and 11 vacancies on the US Court of Appeals with conservatives, too.)

Third, these new justices on the US Supreme Court are poised to deliver some of the most destructive blows to leftists that they’ve ever experienced:

1.) Gamble v. United State will expand Trump’s absolute pardon ability to include State, not just Federal, crimes and offenses.

2.) Manhattan Community Access Corp. v. Halleck is set to declare that all social media platforms (Facebook, Twatter, Google, etc.) are public forums protected by the First Amendment whose users can’t be banned or blocked because of what they say, or what religious or political beliefs they have.

3.) Pereira v. Sessions which will destroy the Chevron Deference Doctrine that underpins the entirety of the leftist created bureaucratic-regulatory state.

4.) DACA

And there will be more. Many more.

Sessions has stated he's bypassing lower courts and going straight to SCOTUS for many of these.
