Don't get it myself but Q keeps hinting at thier leading of the Congressional inquiries regarding DOJ/FBI/FISA abuses is somehow related to them having to resign. Which I take to mean, if they kept their hands out of the investigations they could've stayed.

Your math is wrong.

I imagine your concept of Rome in comparison to the USA. For example voting. In the Roman Republic the more land (wealth) you owned the more votes you had come election time. It was a legalized version of give the power of the electorate to haves instead of the have nots. Though it made sense to them, being that if you were rich, it meant you had more skin in the game, therefore more rights.

 

Also only those that owned land could serve in the military. Again, based on a concept if you had skin in the game, you would actually fight like your life depended on it.

 

And as far as the Empire, forgetta bout it. That was not a good route in my opinion.
