Jeff Sessions turned in his resignation Wednesday, the day after the midterm elections, at President Trump’s request.

Matthew G. Whitaker will now take over as Acting Attorney General until the position can be filled permanently.

Sessions’ resignation puts the spotlight on Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein–what will happen to the DAG now the Sessions is out?

According to reports, Rosenstein is to remain as Deputy Attorney General… for now, but his job overseeing the Mueller probe will be coming to an end.

A U.S. official said Wednesday that Matthew Whitaker, the Acting AG will take now take over the Mueller probe.

Eric Holder is panicking now that Rosenstein no longer has control over the corrupt Mueller probe.

The Deep State and Democrats went from celebrating flipping the House to panicking after the President forced out AG Sessions on Wednesday.

Shortly after Sessions turned in his resignation letter, a US official said the Acting Attorney General, Matthew Whitaker is expected to take over the Mueller probe.

Matthew Whitaker is described as a “Trump loyalist” who has been privately described as the West Wing’s “eyes and ears” in the Justice Department, says the New York Times.

Up until Wednesday, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein’s job was to oversee the Mueller probe.

According to reports, Rod Rosenstein will remain as Deputy Attorney General…for now.

Eric Holder lashed out Wednesday following the news that Rosenstein is no longer in control of the Russia witch hunt.

“This is a red line” Holder said.

HOLDER: Anyone who attempts to interfere with or obstruct the Mueller inquiry must be held accountable. This is a red line. We are a nation of laws and norms not subject to the self interested actions of one man.

FAA Issues Emergency Directive for Boeing 737s Affecting 246 Planes

The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) issued an airworthiness directive on Boeing 737 Max aircrafts on Wednesday in light of the October 29 crash of a Lion Air Boeing 737 Max jet that killed all 189 passengers after it suddenly crashed after takeoff.

The FAA indicated that the directive applies to 246 aircrafts worldwide, of which 45 are located in the United States. Per Reuters, the latest directive dictates that operators "revise the airplane flight manual to give the flight crew horizontal stabilizer trim procedures to follow under some conditions."
