If I understand Delta's specialty correctly then we should be expecting site b(gitmos full)to begin filling up quickly. Have we nailed down that it is in fact the women's prison in WV? Should we have planefags watch for helos going to the prison? I also think that WV might just be where they send the American citizens involved in this to keep them sequestered from "herd" prison populations that could leak/give orders to rogue actors on outside I'd imagine since gitmo is full they have a location not in conus. Any guesses or sauce?
