abel danger + nuclear submarine is one hell of a concept….. would be the most dangerous thing on the high seas but easily achievable with current technology… run deep and quiet. Only concern I have is radio signals underwater but there are some things that work better underwater than in the air and it could always have another submarine a few hundred miles away to control it.
