As Q has stated time and again - These people are stupid. They were played into taking the much less important House (Mil budget already secured for 2019, no chance of impeachment passing senate & will be made to look like idiots in the run up to 2020).

DECLAS brings the House down. But Q is also trying to avoid civil war. If the next 2 months are too hot to release then winning the Senate and gifting the House is like an insurance policy - they can make the Dems look like complete idiots in the run up to the 2020 election.
