What was Sessions sacrifice? How about giving up a safe senate seat to take a temporary, gruelling job in AG? Was he a deep state pawn used to side track Trumps agenda or a misdirection to allow other work to progress?

Going into the 2017 presidency, all planners would have been knowledgeable of the upcoming midterm turnover that historically occurs. Knowing this and the dem panic on losing the presidency, Sessions may have taken one for the team to misdirect the house and allow them to think they were in control enough to manipulate the deep state alphabet traitors.

Now with non conflicted new AG, there is no need for a special council (who hasn’t found anything on the “Russian collusion” anyway) and RR is now number 2 instead of effectively running the DOJ.

Panicking people make mistakes. Their focus on getting an election win and now hubris on their perceived win will allow the real investigations to begin on the House traitors. With a senate majority, all new SCOTUS nominees will receive rapid confirmation. Many unfilled executive appointments can now be filled.

Yes, I was disappointed in the house loss. However, this entire process has been about winning the entire game even if it means losing a battle occasionally to acquire high ground (like the Senate). Let the pain begin!
