I can't express enough the importance of Republican Governors elected yesterday as it relates to the Senate.
When indictments are unsealed, Senators indicted/forced resignations, guess who nominates their replacement in most states?
Yep, the Governor.
The House is different & requires special elections.
Just throwing this out there
What if Jones Alabama election has been investigated & fraud was discovered? We all know how f_cked up that election was.
The Governor of AL, under these rules, would nominate the replacement
Sessions?
Senate more important than House as far as SC, judges, cabinet etc
