I started using OPERA and it has a vpn included, but it seems like the ip address has been banned. How does that work. I guess I can use OPERA vpn here…

I tried using OPREA Browser with their vpn but 8chan blocked it. Some one used it for naughty things and the ip number I was assigned is blocked. Anyway to fix that. I tried using TOR but can never get on 8chan with it
