Tucker alluded to this in his interview with Rubin (Reuben). He exclaimed that for the longest time, the Dems represented the working class, and that the Republicans were blindsided by Trump's allure to the people that have lost their jobs in this country.

I would offer a bit more of an explanation. Republicans took on the Christian conservatives, and over the past 3 decades, that shift has occurred as a result of the Dems replacing their base with non, um… well let's just say the Democrats forgot the group of people that got them there in the first place.

Don't get me wrong, I like that Tucker is "championing" Trump, but he's doing it from a POV of being above everyone else. Go back and listen to that interview with Rubin again. It's very telling about who Tucker really is as a person, and how he's somewhat changed over the years in regards to his views on the middle class.

That's alcohol abuse, anon. Besides, you'd probably have been jumped by 8 CIA agents and jailed for 30 years for a hate crime against a female gov't employee.

Weeeeeell. There's theories out there, but sure; that's plausible. Trump tapped into something interesting in a specific group of pro-American types. There was a massive fuck-ton of drama involved with one of the admins that literally was pivotal to the initial success of the place, and then T_D underwent an image change that included squashing any opposing views towards a very specific group of people. I mean, it was full on Free Speech halting. Anything negative about Trump, or another subject matter, got you perma banned.

Put it to you this way;

It was fucky, and there's a very solid reason people started hanging out on 4chan, again, after spending time tracking T_D for a spell. From 4chan, they came here, and the rest is history.

So yeah. We'll go with your assessment instead. Easier on the brain.
