Armed citizen holds bloodied knifeman at bay beside Seattle's Space Needle after he stabbed his girlfriend to death in front of their five-year-old son at a busy food court

David Lee Morris, 29, allegedly murdered his girlfriend Gabrielle Maria Garcia

He stabbed Garcia multiple times at busy Seattle Armory Center by the Needle

Scott Brown heard Garcia's screams and followed Morris outside with his gun

Kept his gun trained on Morris who kept walking toward him, told him to shoot

Police arrived at the scene and Tasered him when he refused to get on ground
