funny thing about how our laws are written is that ucc, regulations and code are not law they are "in color of law" so Habeas Corpus can be used to get out of charges since no victim (injured people) can be found but under common law there is always a victim.. you have been lied to anon and what you were told about our counties law and history is all wrong
