I know that the more recent shootings are lower in causalities, but still, should we have expected them to tweet?

So what's the consensus on Q saying that there weren't tweets from BC, HRC, etc but then BC just retweeted a tweet about the shooting? The time delta in Q/BC doesn't add up to anything relevant to indicate his twitter has been taken over by Q (it was 110 minutes)
