Can mostly make out the wording. Gotta remember, too, the prevailing politics in current day Berlin. They sense the energy, but apparently they don't recognize where it's really coming from. Berlin has issues lately, too.

It's interesting what kind of wacko laws do get passed in places. In London, they can't have kitchen knives anymore. English cuisine must have hit a new low with everything served whole, and the diners attacking it with their steely forks.
