Witness( young girl/college student maybe) said he had 2 rounds with him & perfect form. She noticed all of this & that he had a ski mask on, white male etc. but seemed really unsure of the answer to the question was there a lot of screaming. She was 19, with her dad who she called earlier, her name Taylor Whittler
