Wonder if 99 has an occult significance. Remember that song, 99 Bottles of Beer on the Wall, where you count them backwards as you eliminate each bottle. That is very like a magic spell of destruction where you write a magic word, then again with one letter gone, then again with two letters gone, until they are all gone. In this case they are warning him that they are beginning a 99 to 0 countdown which will end in the destruction of Trump.
And I wonder if the number of people killed, are the first subtraction from 99?

There may be an assassination attempt on Trump before he leaves for Europe. If Thousand Oaks is the kind of message I am thinking, then it would be a mass casualty assassination, like a stinger missile, IED or automatic weapon fire. I'm sure that the layers of protection around Trump are reviewing their plans as we speak, and if we hear about the attempt, it will be a minor news item about a marine truck involved in a vehicle collision on Pennsylvania Ave. or some similar innocuous event. Nothing so blatant as a firecracker in a backpack.
