This is how I was taught, by my grandmother. We had manners drilled into us. I doubt, most now, have that done to them.
That and proper posture, which I didn't appreciate at the time.

Someone mentioned, months ago in general, to try and keep it around 15 tops per bread. If all we do is just comment on posts, I think it is a good thing to self-regulate.
Not that I ever ran my mouth. :)
