Constitutional convention is something worth mulling around...I think 26 states can all a constitutional convention and could technically re-write the entire constitution or the bill of rights...
This has been talked about in cannabis circles as we now have 33 states with legalized medical marijuana programs. These 33 states could force a convention and could change federal laws on marijauna (but also a ton of other stuff if they agree). Doing ANYTHING right now that could change the constitution is dangerous as f*ck...while Q team may have control of USA...YOU do not have control of YOUR state...so a ways to go yet....and consitutional convention a way to change things...
