Not saying that at all. Rather the opinion that since the end of WWII until Jan 20, 2017, the U.S. has been run as the world's Empire (modeled after the British Empire) to protect & enforce the illicit capital flows of the world's 'elite'. [The 16 Year Plan] was to take down the Empire and the U.S. along with it (similar to how the British Empire and the U.K. were taken down in WWII) so that China could take our place.
Given that, as POTUS mentioned several times, we now have the strongest military in world history, I don't personally believe the U.S. is going anywhere. The question is whether we should still be considered an "Empire" or the strongest of nations who respect other nations' sovereignity & protects against those who do not return that respect.
