Let's assume they employ Portland style tactics. They pull that shit in flyover country or in the south, in the non-completely cucked cities, and they will get lead from armed citizens. They would never try it in Chicago. Bangers would shoot them on sight. Also, PDs won't be as accommodating as Portland PD has been.
