I find it as expected.
Sessions' part of the plan was to get new Federal Judge appointments. Q posts stated you can't indict people when the courts are stacked in their favor. Think "no reasonable prosecutor would bring this case." Now the stage is set to start the prosecutions.
This is similar to how Rex Tillerson performed his part of the plan while Pompeo was setting the stage for North Korea.
