When you vote in Texas you can only vote in the precinct you live in
They check your ID on a ledger to verify your address and then issue you a key card for the voting machine
It’s a tight process but if someone checking the ledger and issuing the key cards was dirty, cheating could happen
Weird that someone would fall and break ribs when they are as old as dirt. Usually other things are broken as well….like a wrist from trying to break the fall
