The significance of DECLAS will be legal only.
Once Trump plays that card it sets into motion a process whereby the issue goes from POLITICAL to LEGAL.
Even POTUS will have no chance but to let justice be done once it occurs.
There will be NO DEALS - particularly because the RULE OF LAW would be meaningless if those who perpetrated his HOAX upon our country are not held accountable.

The subtext of yesterday's press conference was that all the reporters knew Sessions had been fired (off the record).
Their reaction is a dog whistle to the anti-Trump public.
